Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

Position Summary

Synergy Centre is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. RMTs provide professional massage therapy services to clients across a variety of practices, ensuring high standards of care, client comfort, and wellness outcomes.

This role is ideal for a practitioner who is passionate about patient care, enjoys working in a collaborative healthcare environment, and is looking to grow their practice with consistent client demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage therapy services in accordance with CMTO standards and scope of practice.
• Perform client assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver appropriate therapeutic techniques based on client needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records and treatment notes.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding care plans, progress, and at-home recommendations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals on-site, including chiropractors, physicians, and allied health providers.
• Follow clinic protocols regarding scheduling, documentation, sanitization, and safety.
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism, ethics, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Current registration and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
• Valid liability insurance.
• Strong understanding of massage therapy principles, anatomy, and client care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a consistent caseload.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
